Careful siting of the house during design was necessary to preserve mature oak trees on the site while also allowing views into the surrounding woodlands. The design for the new 4 bedroom home was developed while working closely with the owner. Characteristic New England vernacular elements like the large front porch and traditional siding and eave details, mix with more contemporary simplified details . The interior features 10ft ceilings on the first floor and an expansive living space. Expected completion Spring 2022.
